Your appointments are very important to Stylez by Meka LLC, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving a 24-hour notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, if you do not cancel within the 24hour window, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service scheduled. A NO SHOW fee of 50% of service scheduled will be charged to your credit/debit card on file. Fees MUST be paid prior to booking next appointment. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled and to better serve everyone.
